Where this work comes from

reconnect playground grew out of lived experience, facilitating groups, exploring connection practices, and witnessing how attention and presence shift group dynamics.

The work is shaped by what happens in the room: real people, real dynamics, and the subtle ways connection changes how we relate and work together.

The approach is practical and embodied, designed for real life rather than ideal conditions.
